How much is shipping in Australia?
Standard Untracked shipping is Free within Australia. Please note this shipping option does not come with any form of tracking, you will only be notified once the item has been shipped from us.
Standard Tracked + Signature on delivery shipping is $5.00 for orders in Australia.
Express Tracked shipping and handling is a flat rate of $10.00
* please note sale items are sent via untracked standard postage unless express post is purchased.
(Please note; standard shipping can take up to 7–10 business days for delivery and express shipping can take up to 2–3 business days for delivery, depending on your area)
** Should you choose to have your items "left at door" we reserve the right not to refund you for the lost shipment, due to theft or non-delivery. The customer has taken the responsibility of leaving their items unattended, if they choose the above.
International Shipping is $10.00 for orders under 4 masks. Orders larger than this will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping does not come with any form of tracking, you will only be notified once the item has been shipped from us.

If you would like your International order tracked, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can quote you pricing to your country.
(Please note; international orders can take up to 25 business days for delivery, this does NOT include weekends)
For orders to Mexico there can be lengthy delays of up to 30 - 60 business days, please remember this before ordering.
Middle East Orders
All orders to the Middle East, must include a PO BOX and correct phone number. If your order does not include a PO BOX it will not be sent. So please ensure you put in your correct postal address.
*Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Blackout Mask's control.
**Should you not receive your International Shipment, we will provide you with proof of shipment and we reserve the right not to refund you for the lost shipment due to malfunction or non performance from delivery, theft or postal services error. Should the products be returned to sender and we receive your products back from an International Delivery intact, we will refund you the cost of the product value only.
When will my order get shipped?
Orders are sent from our warehouse in Australia, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped due to high volume of orders.
You will receive a shipping notification email once your items have been packed and sent to the post office.
Put in the incorrect address?
If you have put in the wrong shipping address please email us or fill out our contact form immediately so we can change it in our system!
As soon as you place your order you will be sent a confirmation email, please check all information is correct including address and shipment method.
As our orders are sent within 24-48 hours you will need to ensure you email us BEFORE your order is sent, with the correct information.
If your order has already been shipped to the incorrect address and you have not emailed us, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all their shipping details are correct. If your order is returned to our head office the customer will be liable for re-shipping costs.
How come I have only received one Blackout Mask but ordered multiple?
Don’t stress! We ship Blackout Masks in packs of two, so your third (or fourth) item will be on it’s way to you!
Can I track my order?
Yes please email email@example.com for tracking details on domestic orders.
For International Orders, again unfortunately these are sent via standard postage and are not tracked. If you would like your item to be tracked please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As Blackout Mask is a beauty product we do not provide refunds.
If you receive an item that is deemed defective or damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchasing with photos of faulty product. Once your item has been inspected we will notify you of the status of your item. If approved, you can choose to obtain a refund which will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, or get the product re-sent out to you free of charge.
